WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN EVERYONE
The profile.
- 017+ years building software (5+ for Product Lead), ideally in software factories or consultancies, across multiple projects and industries.
- 02Has walked into unknown codebases and organizations and made them better, fast.
- 03Works AI-first daily (coding assistants, agents, AI research) and knows where AI is wrong.
- 04Investigator mindset: researches, forms hypotheses, tests them, resolves. Comfortable without a manual.
- 05Clear communicator with clients and executives. Advanced English for work with US clients.
- 06Ownership: accountable for outcomes, not hours.
Where and howWe are currently hiring in Argentina only, working remotely within Argentina, with overlap with US time zones. Healthcare experience is a plus, never a requirement: we look for people who learn a new domain fast. Compensation is competitive, in USD, and discussed in the first conversation.
